Tokens will be filler items when disabled
Allows to disable or enable all chests, or to only enable Goron chest.
…mpass shuffle - keysanity and bosskeysanity have been changed to shuffle_small_keys and shuffle_boss_keys, respectively. Added options to start with them or have them be placed locally. - fairysanity changed to shuffle_stray_fairies. Added option to have them be placed locally. *** This PR has features that were cut out due to lack of knowledge. On top of the options I added, I also wanted to add options that would shuffle items in either their own dungeons or any of the four. I will likely revisit this someday.

This PR is for modifying existing options and adding new ones. It's mostly to remove checks in the game that most people would prefer to avoid doing. PRs for the mod and glue are acompanied with this one here:
