Bug in Mini node: ESC status is wrong sometimes

Voltage and RPM are not correct sometimes.
Firmwares:

• v0.13.0 27d18a2
• v0.12.2 0601cb2
• v0.12.0 41023e0

It works fine on v0.10.18 de81a74 and earlier though.
