RIMSEvalGUI, `.deb` installation from github: Program fails to start

OS: PopOS 22.04 LTS, x86_64
Python: 3.11.4
RIMSEvalGUI: 2.0.13

This issue seems to be closely related to #34.

Downloading and installing the .deb package from GitHub, the RIMSEvaluation software does not start from the applications menu and no error is shown.

First note: The installed application lives - at least on this system - in /opt/RIMSEvaluation. Before fixing #34, the same error message was produced here.

After fixing #34 and having set

export QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS=1

on the current shell, the last few lines of running the program from the terminal in /opt/RIMSEvaluation/RIMSEvaluation results in the following message:

The program does not start...

Freezing the application and creating the installer on my own system, then installing it does not produce that same error. The original installer was packaged on Ubuntu 20.04 using GitHub Actions, however, my current system is different (22.04). Updated libraries might explain the difference?

For the next version of the GUI, package a 20.04 and a 22.04 version and give it a test, maybe this fixes the installation problem.

Until then, Linux users can use the source installation.

Well, still getting an error, last lines are:

qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "" even though it was found.
This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Available platform plugins are: minimalegl, minimal, vkkhrdisplay, xcb, wayland-egl, linuxfb, wayland, vnc, eglfs, offscreen.

fish: Job 1, './RIMSEvaluation' terminated by signal SIGABRT (Abort)

This could be an issue that it's packaged on Ubuntu but runs on PopOS... not sure, would be great if somebody with Ubuntu could give this a test (or we'll wait till I prep a VM...).
