Option to send all oc debug queries to a specific namespace ( --to-namespace=NAMESPACE )

Would like to see a quick and easy way to send all the oc debug queries to a specific namespace. I can give you a patch by EOD.

I was thinking on creating a random string such as 'checks-RANDOMSTUFF' (cannot request a project starting with "openshift-") in the 'main', then create the namespace like:

cat << EOF | oc apply -f
apiVersion: v1
kind: Namespace
metadata:
  name: checks-RANDOMSTUFF
EOF

And then use the --to-namespace flag on all the oc debug to force creating all the debug containers there. Also, at the end of the script, delete the namespace just in case.
