REVIEWING.md: house-style table carries the 2026-10-02 rulings
Parentheses are full-width throughout, a half-width space separates Japanese from Latin words and inline code, and figure labels stay in English until the engine supports a Japanese font. Register, punctuation (now with the ,。 option) and code comments remain open on QuantEcon/action-translation#337. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

If you think a house-style rule is itself wrong, say so on the pull request: it is then settled once for every lecture that follows, rather than lecture by lecture.
