crashes when dragging video preview window on non-primary monitor #1996

Description

Description:
I am writing to report a crash issue with QuickLook when previewing video files in a multi-monitor setup. The application crashes specifically when dragging the preview window on a secondary (non-primary) 4K display. Interestingly, this issue does not occur on the primary monitor, nor does it occur when the 4K monitor is set as the primary display.
Steps to Reproduce:
Connect multiple monitors to the system.
Set the primary monitor to the 2880x1800 display.
Open QuickLook to preview a video file on the secondary 4K monitor (3840x2160).
Click and drag the preview window to move it.
Observe the result.
Expected Behavior:
The preview window should be draggable smoothly without any issues, regardless of which monitor it is on or the resolution of the secondary display.
Actual Behavior:
QuickLook crashes immediately upon dragging the preview window when the 4K monitor is set as the non-primary display. However, if I swap the displays in Windows settings and make the 4K monitor the primary display, the dragging works perfectly fine without any crashes.
Environment:
OS: Windows 11
QuickLook Version: [Insert QuickLook version, e.g., 4.0.0]
Monitor Setup:
Primary Monitor: 2880x1800
Secondary Monitor: 4K (3840x2160)
Additional Notes:
This issue appears to be strictly related to the combination of a non-primary 4K display and the window dragging mechanism. I have attached the crash log for your reference. Please let me know if you need any further information or testing to help debug this.
Thank you for your hard work on this great tool!

If applicable, add screenshots and logs to help explain your problem. The log file is located in one of several locations.
