Sync generated site + hero apps from dotgithub; rebuild WASM interpreter

Regenerated org pages (header nav reorder, hero_canvas/button changes,
esp32-p4 board_config example), synced watch.py/signal_gen.py and
chrome assets from dotgithub, and installed the WasmDisplay
single-buffering fix's rebuilt interpreter (also fixes the .mjs losing
its exec bit on copy).
