Refresh the wasm runtime: rebased 0005/0006 on v1.29.0

Rebuilt from micropython-pydevices@HEAD after the WebAssembly patches were
rebased onto v1.29.0. The artefact carries what the rebase was for -- softReset
in the API and _mp_js_deinit in the exports -- so the series links, not just
applies.

The unix, Windows and CircuitPython binaries rebuilt bit-identical and are
unchanged; only the wasm port's sources moved.
