Do these things

• Review variable/function names
• Check comments to see if they make sense or anything needs commenting
• I've left a few comments saying "UNFINISHED", make sure none are left
• Make sure the code makes sense
• Try to test thoroughly on PC and Dreamcast
• Remove all Dreamcast-specific stuff from PC with #ifdefs
