Remove FSE mesh from irregular wave tests

The FSE mesh visualization code was being added to the physics system and causing issues. Will replace old FSE visualization with something more proper in the near future, with VSG.

- Remove FSE mesh visualization from test_sphere_irreg_waves
- Add null checks after IrregularWaves creation
- Fix comparison script to use CLI arguments
- Update reference data file format
