Include new descriptors, types and foci - or: How to do it?

Hi.. I know thats a lot of work, but maybe I can do it also on my own, based on the work of: http://darkliquid.co.uk/playground/numenera/ and the new PDFs it should be quite easy.

Would you include all the new options from the Ninth World Guidebook, Character Options 1 + 2, the Torment Explorers Guide, this Lovecraftian book and some other official ones?

I extend the files in: https://github.com/PrimeJunta/numenera/tree/master/numenera/src/main/dojo/primejunta/numenera/chargen/data - that should be sufficient, right?

I would also provide a german translation.. Should I do a pull request or maybe just fork the project?
