Plugin seems to affect VaM's native Performance Monitor

Hey! Thanks so much for this sorely needed boost to loading speeds! I might be wrong, but I think it also improved runtime performance a bit - feels "smoother" now, less of those infernal micro-stutters.

Anyhow - great work, but afaics, you may have broken VAM's Performance Monitor. It shows me infinite FPS, while all the timings are zero. Likely a triviality, but maybe it's a symptom of something or other. So I thought I'd point it out.

It's been over a year so I'm not sure you're still worrying about his but, if you are... this plugin disables VAM's Performance Monitor intentionally - literally a feature and not a bug :)

Open VAM_PerformancePlugin.cfg and scroll to line 35:

[General.GlobalStopwatch]
## Whether the patch to disable the GlobalStopwatch is enabled. This is used for performance monitoring inside VaM
# Setting type: Boolean
# Default value: true
Enabled = true

If you want the internal performance monitor to work again, just change true to false and save the file.
