Import CollectionJS doc in Mod, decisions to make in term of where things end up

We need to figure out how to organize the content. For example there are doc regarding shared methods vs specific ones. Does the shared ones live in core/collection/teach? And the individual ones in like in the code itself? We have JSDoc inline for documenting a class. We should be leveraging that for building documentation live
