HIVIP methodology with 6-level promotion ladder, 22 classified claims (L0-L5),
formal mathematical addendum (3 theorems, 2 lemmas, 3 corollaries, 8 open problems),
mathematical appendices appended to all 15 discovery documents, codawork2026 package
consolidated, cross-boundary handshake programme, nuclear extreme extrapolation,
executive summary v2 (RWA-001 aligned), and full coherence verification across
AI and human chains.
