Improve the Plot Formatting

This is more of a project than an issue as there are several areas that could be improved:

• The linetypes aren't rendering properly on ppmltools.org; We might look into the system dependencies for ggplot2 to see if updating those helps
• The text sometimes goes off the plot
• It would be better to have titles in the plot graphics
• The legend goes in alphabetical order (I think we want Base Case always first)
• It would be better if the colors and linetypes were consistent
