Add Counts to Estimates, Time Trends

Whereas in Age Groups, one can get counts of LTBI, TB incidence, TB-related deaths in thousands, such outcomes are not available in the Time Trends or Estimates page.

We want to improve this, since providing such information is a natural and helpful extension of the utility of Tabby2.

Ah, one more thing to do on this is to go through the documentation and update everywhere the outcomes are explicitly listed and update them with the new counts outcomes available. I'll close this when that's done:
