We should add all MESA variables, which can be written to a profile, to have a rule how to plot them in a color scale. Or at least a default, which allows to look into the profile files, whether such a column exists there.
Similarly, it would be useful to have a function, which can be called to check, which columns are available in the profile files. Currently, one only gets a list of the predefined column names for this module, which includes columns no longer supported by MESA.
