[FEATURE REQUESTED] Deploy opensilex-docker-compose with Podman

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would make an adjustment at one point. We are currently testing to get everything running under Podman. I would specify more precisely in "opensilex-build-step.docker" where you get the base image from. "docker.io/library". (https://forgemia.inra.fr/OpenSILEX/opensilex-docker-compose/-/blob/main/opensilex-build-step.docker?ref_type=heads#L2)
