Teleportation bug

When you first login if you teleport without walking first you will complete the full animation and stay at your current location, unless your on a higher level then the teleport then you will first go straight down and then finally get placed where the teleport location is. If you take a step first then teleport this does not happen. I did not test other teleports that are out of the current region

Yeh this maybe related to the facing issue i noticed, as you can also see it doing it in this video
