Hi team,

I'm encountering a persistent "RID count mismatch" with the [OpenADR20bCertTest_v1_1_5] for Test Case R1_3130_TH_VTN_1 (VEN Reporting - Historical Usage Report).

Problem Summary:

The VTN reports an error:
"Conformance Validation Error : RID count mismatch : For the ReportSpecifierID history_usage_report the number rid in oadrCreateReport is 2 and the number rid in oadrUpdateReport is 1."
