Show our new connectivity options ("protocols") for serial, infrared and radio frequency to provide an easy entry point

Problem statement

With the recent additions (and ongoing further development) of

• Have framework for proxying serial connection capabilities established #77
• Infrared (IR) is becoming a first-class citizen of Home Assistant and can send and receive IR commands #101
• Radio-frequency (RF) is becoming a first-class citizen of Home Assistant and can send commands #102

we also want to show available support for these protocols like we do existing ones as shown below:

So, we aim to add sections for

• Serial
• Infrared
• Radio frequency

and show them once support has been detected or enabled on your Home Assistant instance.

Risks & open questions

Open questions:

• Define when to surface the respective section
  • What about showing them upon detection rather than after having set them up, like with existing connectivity options
• Define what to show for the respective protocol pages
• Ideate whether we want to generally re-structure the Settings page in this effort to introduce e.g. a dedicated "Connectivity" tab as opposed due adding new options to the existing list (and thus making it even longer)
