First tagged release. Bumps all workspace packages from 0.0.0 to 0.1.0
and clears the legacy changesets that accumulated during pre-release
development — their content is captured in the 0.0.0→0.1.0 commit
history and surfaced by the release workflow's conventional-commit
changelog builder.
