Add correct release CI's

- [ ] Add Release CI's that upload to the release on github,
- [ ] publish a new version fo flatpak into the self-hosted repo
- [ ] publish a new windows installer
- [ ] attach apk's  to the release
- [ ] upload apk's to self-hosted fdroid
- [ ] upload node wrapper to self-hosted package registry
 - [ ] update update info to auto update on windows (optional)
