Windows tests fail from time to time, even if no code was changed. They may have an external reason that still can be fixed by us. See https://github.com/OoliteProject/oolite/pull/625#issuecomment-4446060014 I suggest the error message to be enhanced so whomever faces this has a clue what to do.
