Data Product Availability code needs to be added

The OpenAPI now included the new functionality to query data product availability:
https://data.oceannetworks.ca/OpenAPI#get-/dataAvailability/dataproducts
This needs to be implemented into the python client.

Update: On hold until new services are finalized in the OpenAPI. Sorry - was too enthusiastic. This will come soon.
