Crashes on wake from sleep

Bug Description

As the title says, MiddleDrag reliably crashes when I wake up my computer from sleep. It's an m2 mac mini and I am using a latest gen magic trackpad (the one with a usb-c port) connected with a cable first into the kvm in my monitor and then onward to the mac.

There are crash reports in console.app which might have been automatically submitted since I have the option enabled in the menu but here's a few anyway.
