• Image for every post (click rate for social media posts is massively bigger with media).
• Salary range for every job (see StackOverflow experiment)
• Series of social media posts per job (ramp up, push, follow-up, chain to next).
• Coordination between organisations on social media campaigns.
• Logos for companies on jobs listings pages.
• Video interviews with companies that are recruiting about the company, the role and the ecosystem.
• Expand the "Come back home" campaign to be bi-lingual.
• Recruitment events that are not just graduate focussed.
• Pitch-it or speed-dating events where companies and candidates can intro and meet.
