(Feature Request) Master VU Meter

Can we get a VU meter for the master? Would be nice to know how hot things are.

This is possible but as far as i’m aware, requires using audio capture hardware, which sacrifices one of the 16 channels (specifically channel 1). If we went ahead with this we’d also in the same vein be able to add resample to instrument, and a master scope (both already implemented as proof of concept)

OMG!!! RESAMPLE...... worth it! Resampling is such a powerful option. Yeah I would totally give up a channel to be able to resample and see how much headroom I have in my mix. Next level stuff.
