Way to manually specify some libraries?

Hello, as there are some plugins that normally cannot be build
https://github.com/HibiscusMC/HMCWraps, https://github.com/kangarko/ChatControl-Red/ ,https://github.com/IntellectualSites/PlotSquared/,

I'd like to ask if there can be some way that would allow us to manually specify libraries, please?

But maybe it's mainly the issue for chatcontrol, maybe the other two failing due to different java version as discussed in other issue.

But still would be useful if we can specify additional libs, like for case of chatcontrol to merge, but I think this would be quite difficult to make
