[Bug]: Shaky text scrolling when agent is writing thought output

Issue Summary

Text shakes when scrolling agent output beyond the height of the text box

Steps to Reproduce

This is 100% reproducible for me whenever the agent's thoughts exceed the height of the text box. Nothing special required for the setup - just make a session where the agent is thinking a lot.

Expected Behavior

Smooth scrolling in the text box when the agent is thinking (like the first 3 seconds of the video below).

Additional Context

This problem is in v0.19.0-dev-20260813-9185b38e but I did not see it in 0.18.0.
