Where do i report bug with a regression in a specific driver version that occurs with both MIT/GPL and Proprietary driver modules?

Title says it.
As far as i know, this applies to both the individual .run driver packages and the drivers within NVIDIA's APT repositories.
OS: Debian 13 (Trixie)
Don't know if this happens on Ubuntu/Debian based or other distros too yet.

If the regression reproduces with both the open and proprietary kernel modules, I'd report it through NVIDIA's general Linux driver channels rather than treating it as an open-module-specific issue.

The README says GitHub Issues in this repo are for problems specific to the Open GPU Kernel Modules, and points general driver problems to the NVIDIA Linux forum or linux-bugs@nvidia.com.

I'd include the last known-good and first known-bad driver versions, nvidia-bug-report.sh output, GPU/kernel/Debian details, and explicitly mention that it reproduces with both module flavours and with both the .run and APT installations. That should help narrow it to shared driver code rather than the open-kernel or packaging layer.

Figured i should've reported it in the linux forum on nvidia's site, and so i did not too soon after, following the procedure and repro steps.
