What do you want to work on?

I want to fix #3210 to support atomic delete by identity rather than name to avoid deleting a different sandbox that could take the same name

Why this change?

Because deleting sandbox only accept names, I ran into a problem where my orchestration automation accidentally deletes the wrong sandbox (because it recreates with the same name after it becomes unhealthy) due to delayed cleanup and/or retries.

The issue reports the same problem in NemoClaw.
