Deferred by decision (2026-07-12): v1 ships the weekly digest only. The daily digest design is complete in docs/features/content-digest/README.md (§9 blocks: streak-at-risk, favorites-today, wishlist↔marketplace matches, pending to-dos; §16 Phase 3 checklist). The pipeline (transport, consumer, logs, unsubscribe) is shared and already built — Phase 3 is content blocks + cron + the ContentDigestFrequency::Daily targeting already wired in the eligibility SQL. Also deferred with it: the rating-movement weekly block (README block 6).
