2.24 Not published on musicpd.org

Just a heads up in case this is unintentional. For all versions prior to 2.24, an accompanying source tarball was uploaded to musicpd.org, and this page was updated to reflect the release: https://musicpd.org/libs/libmpdclient/

This doesn't seem to have happened for 2.24.

I also notice the online documentation at https://musicpd.org/doc/libmpdclient/ doesn't seem to have been updated since 2.22.

I do not know how the documentation is updated, but I can prepare a pull request for the website. It seems the downloads are not managed through the mpd-website repository.
