Bookmarks + component lists (lists as a Plus candidate)

Distinct from collections (a creator's own installable kits):

Bookmarks (free, v0) — save any component for yourself; a Bookmarks page in the dashboard.

Component lists (Plus candidate — feeds #61) — named, shareable lists of anyone's components ('My favorite date pickers'), public list pages under the curator's profile, maybe follow/subscribe. Curation-as-content: gives Plus a social/creator value beyond storage.

Rules: bookmarking never affects earnings or ranking (honesty rule); list pages must clearly distinguish 'curated by X' from 'built by Y'.

Bookmarks v0 shipped (free tier): toggle on component pages, private /dashboard/bookmarks, never affects rank/earnings. Shareable lists remain open on this issue as the Plus candidate.

Audit product decision required: lists/bookmarks are implemented, but bookmarks are Plus-gated while this issue specifies free bookmarks. Keep open until that policy is decided and authorization/ranking/earnings non-interference tests are added.
