Design-led pass (interface-craft + emil-design-eng) to make the earning path 'really well designed and easy':

• Onboarding: first-run → claim namespace → first component.
• Payouts: Stripe Connect Express setup in /settings — clarity on status, what's needed, why.
• Selling: set a price on a component (Sell dialog) — live earnings breakdown.
• Revenue: paid promotion + the earnings/profit-share surfaces; buyer purchase + entitlement.

Broader than #27 (dashboard+editor critique). Not deployed until #29.

Alpha scope decision (2026-07-13): direct component and collection checkout through Modulora is shelved for alpha. Verified-domain external sales remain available, and Stripe payout onboarding remains available for CLI-install profit-share distributions.

PR #68 keeps the direct marketplace implementation dormant behind VITE_DIRECT_MARKETPLACE_ENABLED=false, hides buyer/seller marketplace surfaces, ignores dormant prices in public catalog/registry reads, and makes direct-sale server mutations fail closed. Keep this issue open only for a post-alpha marketplace rollout.

Audit update: rewrite this around the alpha journey—namespace claim, first external/free component, profit-share enrollment, and payout clarity. Direct Modulora selling, buyer checkout, and entitlements are not alpha acceptance criteria while the marketplace flag is disabled.
