No way to set VM tags

You can set user_data for the CloudStack VMs, but there's no way to set VM tags. The vagrant-aws plugin supports it and the CloudStack api supports it too.

There are more than one kind of tag in cloudstack. Do you need any specific kind of tag or is it the group feature that you'd like to have implemented?

Also, feature comparisons with vagrant-aws isn't really anything we care about. We are more concerned about becoming feature complete with vagrant-cloudstack than playing catch up with vagrant-aws. :)

@kcq the closest thing to tags for cloudstack is groups as far as i can tell. And vagrant-cloudstack does support that.

CloudStack does have different types of resource tags, but this issue is specifically about VM instance tags. Groups are not tags :-)
