DNS解析时fakeip返回时间的问题

我的dns请求路径是53端口adgurdhome->openclash 7874端口，看日志发现偶尔有的域名请求时间在几十ms，看了响应是fakeip段中的ip，请问这是否符合预期呢，在我的理解中fakeip是立即返回，时间应该很快？，我的fake-ip相关配置如下

cache-algorithm: arc
fake-ip-range: 28.0.0.1/8
fake-ip-filter-mode: rule
fake-ip-filter:
- RULE-SET,fakeip-filter,real-ip
