XenHTML conflicts with Prysm 1.9.1

Describe the bug

XenHTML is causing lag on control center volume slider when using Prysm (1.9.1)
Deleting XenHTML solves the issue.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Downloaded latest XenHTML 2.0~release and Prysm 1.9.1
2. Slide from bottom to bring CC
3. Slide across volume slider to notice to lag

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
