Suggestion WG and GriefPrevention Support

**Describe your environment**
* CreativeGates version:  2.9.0
* MassiveCore version: 2.9.0
* Spigot version: 1.11.2

**Expected results**
I'd like to see WorldGuard and GriefPrevention support, meaning if they can't build, they can't check the portal name, but could use the gate. I will be looking in the code to add that feature and do a pull request, but that may take some time.. Thanks!
