Server Transcoding Capabilities #228

Description

@ParthMandaliya

Problem description

Right now, I can only play pure direct play, and if the codec is not supported, too bad, watch something else, or if I want to watch something at lower quality due to internet constraints, that's not possible.
Do you have any plans to implement the bitrate based transcoding and building a device profile and sending it to server rather than asking for file as it is?

Proposed solution

Building device profile (Auto) feature may be too big of a task, can you implement bitrate based transcoding at least that will solve the Auto problem as well.
Just a bitrate picker in player and a new playback setting, where I can set the quality profile for streaming.

Use case

  1. The device does not support the file as it is.
  2. Internet constraints, people may have 4K files or even 1080p with huge bitrates

Additional context

I am not an android dev, but I have implemented, transcoding using Opus 5, and I have been testing it for about 2 weeks, but I myself am not a fan of vibe coded things and since it and Andoird, I am not capable of reviewing the code myself, so, I am not uploading that.
But if it's acceptable I can create a PR if you would be open to review the code.
