Private API doesn't work

Bug Description
Followed the instructions in the API documentation. But keep getting the response {"payload": [], "error": null} https://lykkecity.github.io/Trading-API/#get-trade-history
Also, your API doesn't work with all crypto tax return services. Like 'Koinly, Cointracker, etc...'
