Last OpenPDF Version Compatible with Java 6

Good morning.

I am currently migrating our application from the iText library to OpenPDF. Our application is running on Java 6, and unfortunately we are not able to upgrade the Java version at this time.

I have already tested several OpenPDF versions, but I am encountering Java compatibility issues. Could you please tell me if there is any OpenPDF version that is compatible with Java 6, or if there is a recommended approach for this situation?

• iText 4.2.0 is compatible with JDK 4+. https://github.com/ymasory/iText-4.2.0
• OpenPDF 1.0.1 requires Java 7. https://github.com/LibrePDF/OpenPDF/releases/tag/1.0.1
