TvOS, Linux, and Windows cannot be enabled until ImageLoader is changed to output a ByteArray. This change will be breaking, but it is mandatory to achieve the library's KMP goal. ByteArray conversion to Image bitmap in commonMainwill require platform-specific implementations.
