Using 2d Lidar #201

Hi, is it possible to integrate this VIO with SLAM using a 2D LiDAR? I don’t have the budget for a 3D LiDAR at the moment. I’m hoping to build something similar to the 2018 paper where a gimbal-mounted 2D LiDAR was used.
