Makefile needs fix

Dear KappaTools experts,

For testing purposes I added a cout line to KappaTools/RootTools/JECTools.h and ran "make -C KappaTools". Nothing happened. I needed to run make with the option -B which is then extremely slow. I think, this needs a fix from somebody, who understands the Makefiles. Thanks.

This can be done using auto dependencies and gcc, see [1], or by adding all headers manually
as dependencies.

But the structure of the makefiles is way to complicated for such a simple project, so it is probably much more work than it sounds like...
