Add v1.4.2 features:

  • Sync with 9ecd365
  • Add enhanced Server Profiles with Ciphers, HMACs and Key Exchange protocols.
  • Jitter random increased to 700ms
  • Fake OpenSSH ordering of keys offering - rsa is second choice
  • Add Random early disconnect due to network issue feature
