I am requesting a full refund of $10.00 for a subscription purchased today, June 7, 2026, which failed to activate on my IDE extension.
The extension continually prompts me to upgrade even though the invoice has been successfully paid. Because of this integration error, I cannot utilize the product.
Due to a sign-in mismatch via Apple, the transaction went through under an Apple Private Relay address. Please process a complete refund to my original payment method using the following invoice criteria:
