It looks like something happened with run 40968. I notice that a lot of the conditions are nonsense and the trigger info seems to be missing (original report below).

Hi Sean,
The latest monitoring run is finally done, I will start the
post-processing now.
I noticed that run 40968 has an empty json file for the rtvs entry in
RCDB, which crashes the TPOL_tree plugin. Since it is marked as an
expert run, it is probably not too important. I will try to safeguard
against the crash, but maybe you can check what is missing the RCDB.
