Subject: [PATCH 1/9] build(deps): lean credit and investing domain dependency
 sets

Split the duplicated 15-package set so credit no longer pulls
yfinance/simfin/streamlit/edgartools/requests and investing no longer
pulls xgboost/sklearn/joblib/fastapi/uvicorn/kaggle/pyarrow. Shared
libs (pandas, click, mlflow-skinny) stay duplicated in both members
per #183 (no shared/ package yet).

Subject: [PATCH 5/9] build(deps): add httpx to root dev group for credit
 TestClient

Credit FastAPI tests need httpx for starlette.testclient. Previously
pulled transitively via investing; after the lean #183 split, declare
it on the root dev group so credit-only sync still runs serving tests.

Subject: [PATCH 6/9] fix(make): keep domain isolation under uv run --package

Bare uv run re-syncs the full workspace because the root depends on
both members. Domain test targets and CI assertions use --package /
--no-sync so credit-only and investing-only installs stay lean.

uv sync --package {credit|investing} --group dev requires the group on
the member package; root dependency-groups are not inherited. Add
matching member dev groups (httpx on credit only for FastAPI TestClient).

Fixes Jorge's local make install-credit failure on #183 / #189.
